![]() So now that’s out the way, here’s a little more backstory. ![]() TROY seemed like a good game to try this out with, especially as pre-orders aren’t live on Steam yet, so no one’s already put money into a store they’ll have to wait 12 extra months for it to appear on. We’ve always said that Saga titles allow us to experiment, and this is an experiment on a grand scale. Right now, this is a one-time, one-year exclusive deal for TROY. This is part of that and in principal we’d like future Total War titles to be simultaneously available, from launch day, on as many store fronts as possible. As a business that means putting Total War onto new platforms so that it can reach more players. As developers we truly value our existing fans, but at the same time we want to reach new audiences and have as many people as possible experiencing the thrill of Total War for themselves. “First of all: this is an opportunity for TROY specifically, and we have no plans for future games to be Epic exclusives.

![]() Long range are also easy to engineer as G5 really isn't needed, not to suggest they are the clearly superior option either though. It's nice to start nailing an enemy from 4 or 5 KM out and have their shields down by the time they are firing back. Fall off really hurts lasers, and a beefed up Python isn't exactly dictating engagement distances so that's why I went with them. It obviously does fine against shields, for tougher enemies with big hulls some PP sniping will speed up kills. They are all long range with thermal vent on the beams & emissive on the pulse. I'd have to check to be positive on exactly what lasers I'm using, but pretty sure it's 2 large burst and 2 medium beams on top, and a large pulse on the bottom. So far as PD, charge enhanced super conduit all the way, frequent boosts and power for shield regen (assuming big bi-weaves) are nice, and that 7 PD can handle its hard points pretty well. I have combat Python I like to use on occasion with all lasers, and it's a very capable ship. Sandberg - making his feature debut after some spooky short films - and co-written by veteran horror screenwriter Eric Heisserer, Lights Out starts by creating a great new movie monster. It's smart, clever, and very scary, and it doesn't bother with any of the lazy, cynical stuff associated with the horror genre today. This simple but effective horror movie seems to do everything exactly right. That occurrence of suicide, infrequent swearing (mostly the "s word"), non-traditional relationships, kissing, hinted at sexual activity, and fairly limited gore (quick visuals of disfigured corpses) are the mature instances to keep in mind with this movie. Spoiler alert: suicide is not only present but acts as the climax to the main story of the film when a woman is shown brandishing a gun before turning it on herself and discharging it while it is against the side of her head, however no gory visuals are present and the lack of lighting conceals details in the scene. It acts as one of the few character development points for said characters indicating the woman's avoidance of a committed relationship. A premarital relationship is a major component of two of the main characters' situation which is pushed on the viewer in a fairly drawn out scene about the woman not allowing the man to stay at her residence for the evening after an implied sexual encounter. Be aware that some complex topics are intertwined with the story such as mental health, abandonment, estranged family member situations, and suicide. The character development rises just above completely flat, and very little can be said of cinematography beyond utilizing lighting as a plot device. That story, coupled with the jumpscares, keeps the movie above monotonous drivel. A semi-complex backstory is revealed, but explained thoroughly, so most children of at least twelve or thirteen should be able to follow. Lights Out relies mostly on jumpscares to frighten but is held together by a clear and cohesive story. ![]() In addition to these basic services, Visual Studio Enterprise Monthly Subscription also includes Azure Test Plans.
